Captain Ryan Flom grew up less than 2 miles from Lake Winnebago and has been fishing his entire life. Captain Ryan has turned his passion for fishing into guiding clients on the local waters.  Captain Ryan specializes in trolling for walleyes on Lake Winnebago and the Bay of Green Bay. He would love to provide you with the opportunity to experience the excellent walleye fishing these waters offer.

Captain Ryan is on the water several days a week and networks with other guides and local anglers to stay on top of the most up-to-date information to make your trip as successful as possible.  Captain Ryan's primary goal is to have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Captain Ryan is a licensed US Coast guard Captain and Wisconsin fishing guide who is also certified in First aid, CPR, and AED, so you can rest assured that you will be in good hands for a safe trip on the waterways.  Captain Ryan was a lifeguard in his high school days as well.

Captain Ryan’s boat is a 2018 Nitro ZV21 with a 350hp Mercury Verado engine.  It is equipped with  top-of-the-line electronics and fishing gear.  All trips include all necessary equipment and bait for the trip.  The trips meeting location and time will be confirmed the day before the trip.
